Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting during which the Board of Directors approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Mahindra Advanced Technologies Limited (MATL). This new entity aims to excel in delivering integrated, innovative security solutions. The company will invest ₹50 crore to subscribe to 50 lakh equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each, maintaining 100% ownership in MATL. This move is positioned to enhance Mahindra's strategic capabilities in the manufacturing and allied services sector.
