The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. K.V.S. Vithal as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective February 08, 2025. Vithal brings over 20 years of diverse experience in finance, encompassing areas such as financial reporting, audits, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to this role, he held significant positions at Cyient Limited and Aurobindo Pharma Limited. His qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, along with a B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Calcutta.
