The Board of Directors of D. P. Abhushan Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, reporting total income of ₹100.48 crore and a profit of ₹25.13 crore. The Board has also approved a fundraising initiative aiming to raise up to ₹600 crore through equity shares and/or convertible bonds. Additionally, they have appointed M/s. ALAP & Co.
