The Board of Directors has approved the sale of its 100% stake in Cummins Sales & Service Private Limited to PAL SVAM Power Solutions Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹56.5 Cr. The Share Purchase Agreement has been executed, and the transaction is expected to complete by April 1, 2025. Following the completion, Cummins Sales & Service will no longer be a wholly owned subsidiary. In FY 2023, CSSPL contributed ₹199.02 Cr in revenue and had a net worth of ₹35.42 Cr, representing 2.21% and 0.54% of the company's consolidated figures, respectively.
