SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V. (SAHN B.V.), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Limited, is entering a Joint Venture Agreement with Japan's Matsui Mfg. Co., Ltd. This partnership builds upon their established collaboration in manufacturing and servicing industrial auxiliary equipment. The Joint Venture Company (JVC) will be incorporated in Japan with initial shareholding distributed as follows: SAHN B.V. will hold 50% +1 stock, while Matsui will hold 50% -1 stock. The JVC will have an authorized share capital of JPY 300,000,000, with an initial paid-up capital of JPY 1,000,000.
