HIL Limited has approved a scheme for the amalgamation of its wholly owned subsidiary Crestia Polytech Private Limited along with four step-down subsidiaries—Aditya Poly Industries Private Limited, Aditya Polytechnic Private Limited, Prabhu Sainath Polymers Private Limited, and Topline Industries Private Limited. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce redundancies, and streamline management within the consolidated entity, effective from April 5, 2024, subject to necessary approvals. The merger is expected to create synergies that will benefit both employees and shareholders, with improvements in product offerings and distribution networks. There will be no change in the shareholding structure following this amalgamation.
