Sundrop Brands Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 06-02-2025: Allotment of Securities

Agro Tech Foods Limited has completed the acquisition of Del Monte Foods Private Limited, with a total consideration of approximately INR 1,300 crore through a preferential allotment of 1,33,27,589 equity shares at an issue price of INR 975.5 per share. Following this transaction, Del Monte has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Agro Tech. The firm aims to strengthen its position in the packaged foods sector, capitalizing on Del Monte's brand and product portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Harjeet Kohli has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on Agro Tech's board.
