Surya Roshni Limited — Board Meeting, 06-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting, which resulted in the approval of a ₹25 crore investment to establish a plant for manufacturing House Wiring Cables at the existing Malanpur facility. This new plant aims to add a capacity of 450,000 meters per annum and is scheduled for phased commissioning, with Phase 1 expected by the end of H1 FY26 and Phase 2 by H1 FY27. The investment will be financed through internal accruals, supporting the company's strategy to enhance its manufacturing capabilities in the residential and commercial sectors.
