Enviro Infra Engineers Limited — Board Meeting, 06-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting where they approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The results show total income of ₹73,000 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹1,258.17 Cr. The board also approved business diversification into solar power and renewable energy sectors, with an estimated investment of approximately ₹675 Cr. Additionally, they have amended the Memorandum of Association and appointed M/s Jain Bansal & Gupta as internal auditors for the financial year 2024-25.
