Pioneer Embroideries Limited — Board Meeting, 06-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board meeting resulted in the approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024. The consolidated income from operations was ₹95.78 crore, with a net profit of ₹2.19 crore. During the meeting, the Board also approved the voluntary delisting of the company's equity shares from the Calcutta Stock Exchange and ratified a related party transaction involving the availing of a ₹1 crore loan from Kiran Industries Private Limited for working capital needs.
