TCI Express Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-02-2025: Dividend

The Board has approved a 2nd interim dividend of 150% (₹3 per share) for FY 2024-25, with February 12, 2025, set as the record date for shareholders. The total interim dividends for the fiscal year now amount to 300% (₹6 per share). The Board also reviewed the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, and has allocated additional investment of up to SGD 7.5 million in its wholly-owned subsidiary, TCI Express Pte. Ltd., to support its growth over the next two financial years.
