Viceroy Hotels Limited reported strong financial performance for Q3 FY25, with revenues of Rs. 37.75 Crores, representing a 16% year-over-year increase. The EBITDA stood at Rs. 11.3 Crores, a 19% growth compared to the same quarter last year, while profit after tax surged by 71% to reach Rs. 7.28 Crores. Notable improvements were seen in occupancy rates, which rose to 75.2%, and average daily rate (ADR), increasing by 10% to Rs. 7,423.76. Revenue from the hospitality segment showed solid growth, driven by domestic tourism.

Looking forward, Viceroy Hotels is expanding its footprint by adding 56 new guest rooms to the Courtyard by Marriott, expected to be operational by June 2025.
