Mindteck (India) Limited reported its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The consolidated revenue for the quarter was Rs. 104.02 crore, down from Rs. 108.23 crore in the previous quarter but up from Rs. 95.75 crore a year ago. Consolidated net profit rose to Rs. 7.93 crore, compared to Rs. 7.57 crore in Q2 and Rs. 7.19 crore in Q3 FY2023. Year-to-date (YTD) revenue for the nine months reached Rs. 320.40 crore, an 11.4% increase from Rs. 287.63 crore last year, with YTD profit (before exceptional items) at Rs. 23.61 crore, up 13.3% from Rs. 20.83 crore in the prior period.

Standalone revenue for the quarter was Rs. 35.87 crore, slightly lower than Rs. 39.17 crore in the preceding quarter and Rs. 34.67 crore in the same quarter last year, while standalone net profit decreased to Rs. 3.29 crore from Rs. 4.41 crore in Q2 and Rs. 4.42 crore a year ago. YTD standalone revenue stood at Rs. 116.48 crore, a growth of 12.4%, though YTD profit fell to Rs. 11.56 crore from Rs. 12.53 crore a year prior. The Basic EPS for the nine months was Rs. 6.90, indicating growth from Rs. 6.70 last year. The company is focusing on innovation and planning to seize growth opportunities, indicating a positive outlook based on demand for its solutions.
