UNO Minda Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 06-02-2025: Dividend

Uno Minda Limited has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, with the record date set for February 12, 2025. Additionally, the Board has authorized the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs. 500 crores across multiple tranches to support capital expenditure and investments in subsidiaries. The company is also expanding its Hosur plant capacity by 4,000 MT per annum at an estimated cost of Rs. 66 crores, expected to commence operations by Q2 FY25-26, aimed at supporting business growth.
