CMS Info Systems has reported a consistent performance for Q3'FY25, achieving a 7% growth in profit after tax (PAT) with margins expanding to 16%. Consolidated revenue for the nine months of FY25 reached INR 1,805 Cr, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 10.3%, while Q3 revenue stood at INR 581.5 Cr, showing flat growth compared to the previous year. The cash logistics segment saw a revenue increase of 7.8% to INR 404 Cr in Q3, while the managed services and technology solutions segment faced a decline of 9.7% to INR 210 Cr.

The company gained market share, with a revenue market share of 42% and a significant new order win of INR 300 Cr in Q3, totaling INR 700 Cr for the year to date. Investments in AIoT have begun to expand into sectors beyond BFSI. Looking ahead, the management remains optimistic about achieving strong growth in FY26, supported by ongoing order execution and strategic investments in technology.
