Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited's Board of Directors has approved a significant capacity increase for auto paints at the Sayakha plant by 4,200 KL per annum, elevating the total capacity to 15,140 KL per annum. This initiative comes in response to anticipated growth in the automotive paint sector and aims to enhance the company's competitive position. The investment required for this capacity expansion is Rs. 41 Crore, which will be funded through internal accruals. The current capacity utilization at the Sayakha plant stands at an impressive 84%, indicating strong demand for its products.
