Styrenix Performance Materials Limited has entered into agreements to acquire a 36.13% stake in Clean Max Jasper Pvt. Ltd., a newly incorporated entity focused on renewable energy generation and transmission. The acquisition, valued at Rs. 7.66 crore, aims to meet regulatory compliance for captive power consumption and optimize energy costs through a renewable energy supply of approximately 7.3 MVA hybrid capacity to its facilities in Gujarat. This strategic move supports the company's green energy initiatives while enhancing operational efficiencies. The transaction is expected to be completed within three months.
