The Board of Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. The company reported a profit of Rs. 2.12 crore. The Board has also approved the appointments of Mr. Lakshmipuram Rajagopalachar Venugopal as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Sanketh Ram Reddy as an Executive Director, both pending shareholder approval.
