Skipper Limited — Board Meeting, 05-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2024, reporting revenue from operations of ₹333.67 crore and a profit before tax of ₹48.43 crore. The Board also appointed Ms. Richa Manoj Goyal as an Additional Women Director (Non-Executive Independent) for five years, starting from 5 February 2025, and approved the re-appointments of Mr. Sharan Bansal, Mr. Devesh Bansal, and Mr. Siddharth Bansal as Whole-Time Directors, subject to shareholder approval. A postal ballot will also seek members' consent for these appointments.
