Fine Organic Industries Limited reported its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The consolidated revenue from operations for Q3 FY25 reached ₹513.2 Cr, up 5.1% year-on-year, while for the nine months it rose to ₹1,658.7 Cr, marking a 5.2% increase. However, EBITDA decreased by 16.3% to ₹99.0 Cr in Q3, with margins dropping to 19.3%. Despite this, the company saw a PAT of ₹82.7 Cr, down 12.2% from the previous year, but PAT for the nine months increased by 5.4% to ₹313.4 Cr.

Operationally, the company resumed manufacturing operations at its Badlapur facility after a disruption due to a fire. The demand composition revealed that exports accounted for 57% of revenue, showing slight dips while domestic demand remained steady. Increased raw material prices and higher freight costs affected profit margins, but operational expenses normalized recently as freight costs stabilized. The company is also advancing its plans in Maharashtra with a wholly-owned subsidiary leasing land for a new manufacturing unit in a Special Economic Zone, currently seeking environmental clearance. Investors should watch for future performance amidst these operational adjustments and market conditions.
