Rajshree Polypack Limited — Important, 05-02-2025: Capacity addition

The Board of Directors of Rajshree Polypack Limited has approved a significant capacity addition through the acquisition of new Thermoforming and Extrusion machinery. The proposed expansion includes an addition of 1,600 MTPA to the existing extrusion capacity of 24,000 MTPA and 1,100 MTPA to the existing thermoforming capacity of 10,270 MTPA. This investment will require approximately ₹3.50 crore and will be financed through debt and internal accruals.
