Wealth First Portfolio Managers Limited — Board Meeting, 05-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Manish Kansara as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective February 13, 2025, due to personal reasons. He will continue with the company in the role of Chief Operations Officer. Concurrently, Mr. Dhiren Parikh has been appointed as the new CFO, effective February 14, 2025, bringing over 28 years of experience in finance and consultancy. Additionally, key managerial personnel have been authorized to determine the materiality of events for compliance purposes.
