Standalone revenue from operations amounted to ₹29.71 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹2.42 crore. Consolidated revenue reached ₹44.12 crore, posting a loss before tax of ₹2.74 crore. The results have been reviewed by the audit committee.The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until February 7, 2025.
