Tips Films Limited — Board Meeting, 05-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, reporting a loss of ₹2.42 crore. The Board has appointed M/s. S P M L & Associates as the Internal Auditor for FY 2024-2025. Additionally, it has re-appointed Kumar S. Taurani as Executive Director and Chairman, along with Ramesh S. Taurani as Managing Director and Jaya Taurani as Executive Director, each for three-year terms commencing May 2, 2025. All re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
