OnMobile Global Limited — Board Meeting, 05-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹82.44 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹5.54 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹4.32 crore. Additionally, a Sales Representation Agreement was proposed between its subsidiary, ONMO Inc., and Sirwel Inc., where François-Charles Sirois, Executive Chairman and CEO, serves as a director. The board also granted 2,50,000 options to eligible employees.
