Billings grew by 15.8% to ₹668.3 crore, while operating profit climbed by 20.4% to ₹263.4 crore, resulting in an operating margin of 39.2%. Additionally, the Board endorsed an amended Scheme of Amalgamation to include Allcheckdeals India Private Limited among other companies.
