The Board of Directors of S A Tech Software India Limited has decided to sell the company’s immovable property at Lodha Allura in Mumbai, pending member approval. They considered the purchase of new properties in Pune for up to ₹15 Cr and approved obtaining a loan of ₹10 Cr as needed.
