Consolidated revenue was ₹70.61 crore for Q3 FY25, reflecting a decline of 13.81% year-over-year, compared to ₹81.92 crore in Q3 FY24. For the first nine months of FY25, total revenue reached ₹214.39 crore, slightly up from ₹211.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The company posted a net profit of ₹0.11 crore for Q3 FY25, a decrease from ₹10.06 crore reported in the same quarter last year. Year-to-date, net profit stood at ₹8.29 crore, compared to ₹10.20 crore in the prior year. EPS was ₹0.02 for Q3 FY25 and ₹1.54 for the nine-month period.

Operating costs also increased, with total expenses rising to ₹77.83 crore in Q3 FY25, up from ₹73.54 crore a year earlier. Key factors leading to increased costs included employee benefits and overall operational expenditures, reflecting investments in product development and market positioning.

The balance sheet shows a healthy cash flow position with a confirmed order book growth to ₹7.18 crore, indicating a structural shift towards higher-margin products. Quick Heal is focusing on strategic initiatives such as the successful launch of its AntiFraud.AI product and several new cybersecurity solutions aimed at addressing evolving customer needs.

Investors may consider a 'hold' position, given the potential for future growth stemming from new product launches and market expansion strategies, despite the current headwinds impacting profitability and revenue growth.
