Sharda Motor Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated revenue from operations stands at ₹2,08,671.69 Cr, with a net profit of ₹23,097.66 Cr for the period. Mr. Puru Aggarwal is set to retire as CFO by March 31, 2025, and Mr. Ghan Shyam Dass will replace him effective April 1, 2025. Additionally, Mrs. Sarita Dhuper has been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a term ending June 27, 2030. The newly appointed compliance officer, Ms. Iti Goyal, is now designated as Key Managerial Personnel.
