Lemon Tree Hotels Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Lemon Tree Hotels has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. A Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors on these results was also approved. Additionally, Ms. Rashi Goel has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from February 5, 2025, following the resignation of Mrs. Jyoti Verma. Ms. Goel brings over 14 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance to her new role.
