The Board has announced the approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The Limited Review Reports from auditors regarding these results were also taken on record. Additionally, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has been reconstituted, now comprising Mr. Pronip Kumar Borthakur as Chairman, alongside Mr. Vivek Rae, Mrs. Bhavani Balasubramanian, and Mr. Ashok Kumar Goel as members.
