Total income for Global Health Limited (Medanta) reached ₹9,595 million in Q3 FY2025, reflecting a strong year-on-year growth of 12.3%. The EBITDA reported was ₹2,538 million with margins at 26.5%, increasing by 8.4% from the prior year. Profit after tax surged 15.6% to ₹1,429 million, improving PAT margins to 14.9%.

There was notable growth in patient volumes, with in-patients and out-patients increasing by 12.9% and 8.7%, respectively. The revenue from matured hospitals grew by 10.1% y-o-y to ₹6,466 million, while developing hospitals generated ₹3,004 million, up by 9.5%. International patient revenue also rose by 14.3%.

Medanta is bolstering its operations with a newly leased 110-bed hospital in Ranchi, strategically located near its existing facility, expected to start operating by the end of Q1 FY26. The company added 34 beds this quarter, totaling 219 for the nine-month period of FY25, and onboarded 49 new doctors. Overall, a positive outlook remains as the company strengthens its regional presence and service capabilities.
