GeeCee Ventures Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations is reported at ₹4,770 Cr, with a net profit of ₹498 Cr. The Board also approved the notice of a postal ballot for shareholder approval on various matters. Additionally, Mr. Gaurav Shyamsukha has been re-designated as Managing Director, effective February 1, 2025, for a term of three years. The meeting concluded with the appointment of a new Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
