Global Health Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Global Health Limited has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. The results show total income of ₹ 28,172.35 crore and profit after tax of ₹ 3,799.40 crore. Additionally, the board has recommended the re-appointment of Ms. Praveen Mahajan as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to approval via postal ballot. The board has also executed a lease for a newly constructed 110-bed hospital in Ranchi.
