Happiest Minds Technologies has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire AureusTech Systems Private Limited from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Happiest Minds Inc. This acquisition, valued at ₹16.24 Crores, will elevate Aureus India to a direct subsidiary, fostering streamlined operations and easing the planned merger of entities. Aureus India, part of the IT industry, reported a turnover growth from ₹15.76 Crores in FY 2021-22 to ₹45.53 Crores in FY 2023-24. The transaction is set for completion by the end of February 2025, enhancing shareholder value through improved operational efficiencies.
