Ceigall India Limited is set to acquire a 74% stake in two Special Purpose Vehicles, Ceigall Northern Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited and Ceigall Ayodhya Bypass Private Limited. The investments amount to INR 31.48 Crore for the Northern project and INR 34.25 Crore for the Southern project, aimed at constructing highways under the Hybrid Annuity Model in Uttar Pradesh. This strategic move enhances Ceigall's portfolio in the infrastructure sector, enabling them to capitalize on government contracts while potentially unlocking shareholder value through expanded operational capacity. The acquisitions will be completed in tranches based on project funding needs.
