The Board of Directors of Automotive Axles Limited has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Revenue from operations is reported at ₹530.74 crores, with a net profit of ₹39.58 crores for the quarter. The company has also amended its Code of Conduct for Insider Trading, appointed Mr. Raman Krishna and Mr. Kushalappa Poovaiah Napanda as Senior Management Personnel, and appointed Mr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholders' approval.
