Kajaria Ceramics Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Kajaria Ceramics Limited has approved key decisions during their meeting. The unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024, show total income of ₹1,066.68 crore and a net profit of ₹79.55 crore. The Board has also increased the loan limits to its subsidiary, Kerovit Global Private Limited, from ₹90 crore to ₹100 crore, and has authorized an investment of up to ₹16 crore in Kajaria Adhesive Private Limited, which will become a subsidiary. Furthermore, they plan to acquire an additional 1% in Kajaria Ramesh Tiles Limited, Nepal, increasing the stake to 51%.
