Sintercom India Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Partha Pati as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, effective immediately. This decision awaits shareholder approval. The Board has also set the Managing Director's remuneration for FY 2025-2026 and FY 2026-2027, subject to shareholder consent. Additionally, the reconstitution of several Board Committees was approved, including the Audit Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, reflecting the new composition of the Board.
