Paisalo Digital Limited — Board Meeting, 04-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. They have granted 4,72,257 equity shares at Re. 1 each to eligible employees under the PDL ESPS 2024 scheme.
