MM Forgings Limited — JV/Acquisition, 03-02-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

The Board of Directors has approved a scheme of amalgamation to merge its wholly owned subsidiary, DVS Industries Private Limited, with M M Forgings Limited. This strategic move aims to enhance operational efficiencies by integrating business operations, reducing duplicate efforts, and easing regulatory compliance. The appointed date for the amalgamation has been modified to 01 April 2024. Since DVS is a wholly owned subsidiary, there will be no share allotments, and thus, no changes in the shareholding pattern for M M Forgings.
