Sahana System Limited — Board Meeting, 03-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Sahana System Limited has approved several key appointments and strategic initiatives. Mr. Shrikant Rashmikant Khatri has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Mr. Joshi Dhavalkumar Hareshbhai as the Chief Executive Officer, both effective immediately. Additionally, M/s. Shah Sanghvi & Associates will serve as Internal Auditors and M/s. Mukesh J & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25. The board also proposed the incorporation of three new subsidiary companies and approved the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Applie Infosol Private Limited for ₹9.18 lakh.
