Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited has executed a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement to acquire up to 51% of Willow Gourmet Private Limited (WGPL) for a cash consideration of ₹17 crore. This acquisition is aimed at enhancing the company's delivery portfolio and capitalizing on the growth potential of WGPL’s ice-cream brand, "Omm Nom Nomm." As WGPL becomes a subsidiary, this move is expected to provide operational synergies and improve market positioning for Barbeque-Nation. The completion of the acquisition is anticipated by April 30, 2025.
