The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, reporting total income of ₹370.14 Cr and a profit before tax of ₹43.67 Cr. They have also appointed Smt. Shyamala S as a Non-Executive Independent Director effective March 31, 2025, and approved a scheme of amalgamation merging DVS Industries Private Limited with M M Forgings Limited, with the appointed date modified to April 1, 2024.
