Welspun Enterprises has reported a consolidated revenue of ₹2,563 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2024, reflecting a 25% year-on-year increase. The company achieved a total income of ₹2,717 crore during the same period, with an increase in operational income driven by strong performance across its segments. The EBITDA margin, however, decreased to 19.2% from 20.9% year-on-year, with a total EBITDA of ₹523 crore.

On the standalone side, revenue reached ₹2,093 crore, up 16% YoY, while net profit after tax stood at ₹223 crore, reflecting a slight increase from the previous period. The board also solidified its position in Welspun Michigan Engineers Ltd by acquiring an additional 9.99% stake, bringing total ownership to 60%. This move aligns with the company's growth strategy and enhances its capacity in the infrastructure sector.
