Solex Energy Limited has successfully launched an 800 MW high-speed manufacturing line featuring advanced N-Type TOPcon rectangular cell-based modules. This facility, now operational, is designed for precision-driven production and can operate 30% faster than existing lines, enhancing output efficiency and reducing lead times. The integration of AI and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) significantly improves quality control while minimizing manual intervention. The new production capabilities cater to the Tapi-R series, which boasts modules delivering up to 625 WP with 23.14% efficiency, built to perform well in challenging environments.
In line with its Vision 2030 strategy, Solex plans to expand its manufacturing capacity further, targeting an increase in module output from 1.5 GW to 15 GW and introducing a new cell manufacturing facility with an initial 2 GW capacity. These developments reinforce Solex's commitment to becoming a fully integrated solar player and support India's clean energy ambitions. The market should closely watch these advancements for potential growth opportunities ahead.
