Central Bank of India has established a strategic co-lending partnership with Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Limited to offer MSME loans at competitive rates. This collaboration aims to enhance portfolio expansion for both organizations. Vastu Housing Finance, a non-deposit-taking housing finance company, operates 181 branches across 14 states and has served over 60,000 customers, with an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹7990 Cr as of September 30, 2024. Under the arrangement, Vastu will handle the origination and processing of loan proposals, while Central Bank will fund up to 80% of the MSME loans based on jointly defined credit parameters. This partnership is expected to improve customer experience and expand reach throughout India.
