Total income for the quarter stands at ₹39.54 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹5.38 crore. The board also noted the resignations of Mr. Narender Surana as Director and Mr. Lalit Kumar Thanvi as Company Secretary. Ms. Ritika Tandon has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, effective February 3, 2025.
