Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited reported pre-sales of Rs 1,749 crore for the residential segment over the first nine months of FY25, with Q3 contributions at Rs 334 crore. Gross development value (GDV) additions surged to Rs 14,050 crore, significantly higher than Rs 2,360 crore in the same period last year. This includes a substantial 37-acre land parcel acquisition at Bhandup, expected to yield a GDV of Rs 12,000 crore. Consolidated total income rose to Rs 408.4 crore for 9M FY25, compared to Rs 224.5 crore in the prior year. However, the company recorded a consolidated loss of Rs 23.8 crore for the nine months, a downturn from a profit of Rs 26.8 crore in 9M FY24. The CEO noted strong business momentum, with plans for further launches in Q4 FY25, driven by positive market conditions and strategic execution, indicating optimistic prospects for future growth.
