Triveni Turbine Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 31-01-2025: Dividend

The Board of Directors has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended December 31, 2024. They declared an interim dividend of INR 2 per fully paid-up equity share, setting February 6, 2025, as the record date for entitlement.
